Winter 2022 & 2023 Q1 Developments in Industrial Automation - expanded product offering and diagnostic and repair services at York MRO

Winter 2023 Update: Since December 2022 the supply chain strictures have fortunately eased, with less stress on product delivery due dates. Our teams at York MRO have been able to ramp up our service response times with expedited shipment schedules back to normal, providing replacement parts and services following normal response times. Our departments are now working on near-normal production levels and our delivery and service schedules back to regular operation levels. In addition to the Allen Bradley MVI56-103MR parts and service support, we have been able to add new lines of product and service:

Expanded Service and Repair Support for New Product Lines: We offer full support for discontinued Prosoft products, including obsoleted and phased-out Psibar parts and systems, as well as the all-new for 2023 Sick product line-up. Starting Q1 2023 York MRO is pleased to announce additional repair and rebuild services for the automation products made by industrial controls leader Prosoft such as the 3100MDA4 spares. Related to this we have added to our service line-up the 1600SGH5009G3UA001 manufactured by Psibar and we are pleased to be able to service most Psibar systems and parts. Due to increased demand we now feature WL3P3434 by Manufacturer Sick as well.

York Scientific's New & Featured Automation Replacement Parts: Starting early January 2023 York has Pti Brand 50215 in stock, original and quality replacement parts available for immediate dispatch to meet your requirement for spare replacements. Spare units by Psion such as 75225C equipment made by Psion have been added to our featured items. As a tip, you can find the entire Psion products line-up in our inventory by simply searching for "Psion" in the search box. Additionally we have now also available 580114146 made by Pyrotronics as well as the popular 184STY18L461 original spares produced by Quantum

Servo Motors, Spindles, and Electric Motors Rewinding and Rebuilding. We have expanded capacity at our service centers to do complete overhauls of industrial electric motors and spindles. Refurbishment processes are held to stringent QA standards to adhere to or exceed manufacturer's specifications. Overhauls include motor bearing replacement, stator rewinding, and rebalancing. Additional overhaul and rebuilding capabilities of products such as the HTCM6A120A2PS0 by Pyrotenax and 75225C spares by Psion are also now also our York Scientific's line-up of service offerings. This also includes the original PU516A Spares made by industrial controls and automation manufacturer Abb.
